Is Renew & Repair licensed and insured?
Matt is fully insured and ABN registered, with 15+ years of hands-on trade experience and his white card. He's not a registered plumber or licensed builder, so for any job that legally requires registered sign-off or council certification, he works with a trusted, licensed building partner who inspects the work and manages the paperwork.
How does payment work?
Most jobs run on a 40% deposit to secure materials and your booking, with the remaining 60% due once you're happy with the completed work. Longer contracts are staged differently — we'll agree the split upfront before any work starts.
What areas do you service?
We're based in Pakenham and service a roughly 20km radius, including Garfield, Tynong, Officer, Beaconsfield, Berwick, Narre Warren, Cranbourne, and out towards Rowville and Dandenong. If you're just outside this area, get in touch anyway — we're often happy to travel for the right job.
